The Launch of Her Real Estate Career

Real estate professionals join the industry for a host of different reasons. “I was initially attracted to the real estate industry because I was looking for something different – something that would provide me with new challenges and opportunities at every turn. I won’t lie, though, the financial prospects were pretty attractive, too.” Tammy explained.

“Since, then, though, I’ve really been compelled to explore more and more of the real estate industry. There’s more to it than just buying and selling houses. I also represent international investors, rental property owners and the management of entire communities and associations across Northeast Florida.”

Her Specializations

Like most real estate professionals, there are certain aspects of the industry that she feels particularly passionate about. “I specialize in working with domestic and international investors, residential property management and short sales. Without a doubt, this is where most my focus lies.”

What She Loves the Most…

“For me, what I really love the most about working in real estate would be all of the different people I get to meet and interact with. You never know what new connection you’re going to make – whether at a networking event or standing in line at the grocery store. I love that about my job. Opportunities to improve lives and futures are everywhere. You just have to be willing to show up and do some work.”
